We are currently based in Singapore and all items are shipped from our physical store at orchardgateway #02-07/08.

I hold a membership card from STAGE stores in Singapore. Can I use my member discount online?
Member discounts are applicable only for offline use at our brick and mortar store.
My item arrived defective. Can I exchange it or get a refund?
We do our best to ensure all items sent are in their best condition. However, we can do an exchange for your defective item of the same design within 7 working days depending on the stock availability. Just drop us an email or come directly to our shop at orchardgateway to get your items exchange. We are however unable to issue refunds unless your item is out of stock.
I received the wrong item. Can I get an exchange for the correct size?
We do our best to ensure that all items sent are as ordered. If your order was sent wrongly, we are more than glad to do an exchange for you. Please contact us via email and we will make the necessary arrangements.
